Our free courses are for Carers only and must be booked in advance, unless otherwise stated. Priority is given to Carers who are registered on our database, if you have not already completed a database form please contact the Carers Centre. Carers Breaks

Details are in our newsletter. Activities include computing, crafts, alternative therapies, relaxation techniques, watercolours. Breaks range from 4 hour taster sessions to five week courses of 2 hours per week. We aim to hold three full carers days each year at local venues.
