Carers Breaks
Details are in our newsletter. Activities include computing, crafts, alternative therapies, relaxation techniques, watercolours. Breaks range from 4 hour taster sessions to five week courses of 2 hours
per week. We aim to hold three full carers days each year at local venues.
In association with Lancashire College 48 hour breaks for carers to 'recharge mind and body' can
